We make Sourdough most often and the most variety with flavors from Cranberry to Kalamata Olive.
Sourdough is bread made from flour, water, salt and fermented using lactic acid and wild yeast. It is universal. The French call it levain, the Italians lievito naturale. It has many names but stretches the world's history as we hand form each loaf.
